I do this practice called lucid dreaming. It is where you are actually aware that you are dreaming so then you can make anything happen in your dreams! It is really cool! it is like whatever you think of will actually happen in your dreams! I am just a beginner at it and only started yesterday, so let me know, or like this comment if you do this practice, or if you want to do this... I am just going to let you know that it is not harmful and that it can be tricky to do!
I finally got to have a lucid dream! I am so happy! So it started as a normal dream, but then I realized that it seemed to awkward to be real... So I did a reality check to make sure that this wasn't real by putting my finger through the palm of my hand, and I started lucid dreaming... I imagined the weirdest things😅 but it was pleasant to actually have one that night!
I've had a lucid dream once!! They are so cool.
